This is coming up on Sunday, my current gear is a Nikon D7200 with just 2 lenses: (1) Nikon AF-S 80-400MM F/4.5-5.6G ED VR and (2) Nikkor 50mm AF f/1.8D. Looking for help on settings to try and do sometime of photography with the moon this weekend provided theres no clouds of course :)...

I purchased this lense about 3 weeks ago and have been out shooting 3 times with it. This morning when I took off the lense cap I noticed a spot (dust/dirt) not sure just about in the centre inside the lense. Is this normal for this type of lense after limited use. Not sure if it will effect...

When playing a video after shooting you can hear the camera focusing during the video. Is there a fine line to adjust the volume down so this is not picked up. i have only shot video hand held so keeping the subject in focus (shorebirds) so far is not always possible while its moving.

Does the new Photo App in OS X Yosemite allow importing of Raw & JPEG images from the D7200. Looking to up date my MacBook Pro that currently has iPhoto. While I am posting here will my Macbook Pro work okay and don't slow down alot, see image of my system. Thanks to all for any help.

Can either be used to save settings for shooting video, or are they only to save settings for taking pictures.:confused: While I am asking this one more Q: If your ISO is set to auto and while shooting I change it manually to a different ISO when in P mode does this override the auto setting.

Back home after some shopping, purchased a Nikon D7200 body and a new NIKON AF-S 80-400MM F/4.5-5.6G ED VR lense, battery charging. Will try out tomorrow at Presqu'ile Park shooting shorebirds. Any suggestions on settings would be helpful, I am thinking AF-C with spot?? Most other settings...

I am purchasing my new Nikon D7200 tomorrow and was wondering if you can import Raw images from this camera via a Card Reader into iPhoto. Some articles I have seen online indicate that their may be issues, not sure.

Will this lense autofocus on any recent Nikon body, including bodies that don't have a built in auto focus motor. Not sure if this latest updated lense has a built in auto focus motor in the lense itself to use on just about any body.
