Here is my very first photo taken using my telescope and my D600. I am looking forward to our clear skies that we will be getting soon and no mozzies, but for now here is a photo of the moon.

But seriously Moab Man how hard is it to find the photography target with the 250? Well I think this is 100x harder as the DOF is basically non existent and I doubt if it is actually over 1mm. For example here is a shot of a bug next to my finger. here is the same bug focus stacked. Now...

Ok this is beyond Macro and venturing into the micro stage. But amazing when done right. This IS a Midgie. Focus distance maybe 5mm easily squashed or disturbed, still handheld.
