I've found this to be a bit annoying. Most of my older shots follow the standard digital format of 6x9 and as a photographer I always try to fill the frame. From that ratio, I need 8x12, 12x18, or 16x24 frames, mostly more expensive and harder to find than the old 8x10, 11x14, 16x20 ect. On top...

I'm trying to export edited shots from LR4, but can't seem to figure out a format which doesn't either shrink it or expand it too much. When I export a 24mb file in jpeg, it reduces it to 50%. . Exporting in TIFF makes it huge at over 100mb. When I select original (thinking raw) it exports the...

I just picked up a JTL studio lighting kit (2 stands, umbrellas and 85w flourescent bulbs) and their heavy duty background support. Also picked up an inexpensive 6x9 background to start me off. I'm really a landscape guy but I figure investing $350 in studio gear is much smarter than my wife...
