First shot with the "new Nikon 80-400VRG hand held @ 400mm 6.3 & ISO 100

It only took 5 days :) That's It! I sent my D7000 to Nikon Canada ( Vancouver BC) to have it adjusted(photos looked like 30 grit sandpaper) got it back within 5 days works like a charm now :) I have had excellent service from Nikon, never a hesitation or delay. All I can say is "Awesome"

Couple weeks ago while wander in the forest I came across this very sad sight. It looks like this animal was caught in the "fork " of this tree and died there. I think it's a Marten?
