I use a layer and save on the desktop as a PSD then when I want to use it place it on the image and adjust size and opacity..See below...

I have an IR720 filter bought on ebay for less then $30...With them you have to use a tripod, Exposures take a minimum of 5 secs....Here are a few I took with it..

Hi...As jack said Lowepro are good...Another thing to look at is a strong plastic tool box from Bunnings AUS.. It has pull out foam rubber...Mark around your camera, lens & flash then pull out the bits and your camera sits snugly.. They are supposed to be water proof!!!Who knows??Mine cost...
