I have a Tamron 70-300mm lens and i mainly use it for sports, but i have been advised by a local photographer to get the Nikon 70-200mm F2.8 or a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 so if i was to take the leap and purchase one of these lenses what would be the advantages be over the Tamron lens?
Just have my D7100 a few weeks now and the right hand grip is starting to show signs of wear, its where the fingertips touch the grip, does anyone else's camera show these signs, never happened to any of my other Nikon cameras?
Whenever i view photos on my sd card using windows photo viewer they show as DSC 3959, 3960 etc, but the sd card is brand new and only has six photos on it, how can i get the photos to show as DSC 1,2 etc
Looking a flash for the D7100 read a lot of good reviews about the Nikon SB700, but would this be the best flash for my camera or can someone recommend a better flash, it does not have to be a Nikon flash?

I have tried the camera at different settings, landscape, vivid, normal etc, so i cant see any great difference in them when i look at the photos, so am i doing something wrong or do these settings make any difference?
