Day 174/365 There is still a little snow in the mountains even when the temperature was 90 degrees Fahrenheit today. Now if you remember we had 30 to 40 degree temperatures just last Monday. Weird!!!! I like the way this mountain looks though.

Day 174/365 This is the old broken tram that sits at the top of Bridal Veil Falls.

Day 174/365 Yellow Bird on a Blue Fence. This little bird was really difficult to catch, I didn't think that I got a shot of him until I got home and found this. I really like the colors of the yellow bird and the blue fence with the green of the trees in the background.

Day 174/365 Fold in the Mountain, This is an example of how fantastic geology can be. The strata has been laid down horizontally, then the plates shifted and folded the strata in this mountain like a "?". Pretty cool huh?

Day 172/365 Sandstone Landforms. There are lots of these fantastic looking landforms in this canyon.

Day 172/365 Brown Lab, This cute little lady was at the lake with her family. She was having such a great time jumping in the water.

Day 172/365 Tree Arch. I walked through this natural tree arch then turned around to see this. The sparkly things in the middle are bugs !!!!! Yep, I walked through the bugs, but I had bug spray on so they didn't bother me.

Day 172/365 Cottontail Rabbit. This guy was just sitting on the side of the dirt road, he didn't seem to be scared that I had hopped out of a big car and started taking his picture.

Day 172/365 Red Rocks Landscape. We went up a different canyon today. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! I thought that this shot was a good one. Although the sun was low so there is a shadow on the road.
