Doug's Down and Dirty Rice Balls.
3 Cups Medium White Rice.
2 3/4 Cups Water.
1 Roasted Chicken Breast Thinly Sliced.
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese (I use Sharp Cheddar)
Salt and Pepper to taste.
