    Portrait Edit

Had an idea with my 1st ever portrait session, went for it with the basic tools I have, and here it is... the couple really seemed to like it, but I'm interested in the nitty gritty feedback I know I'll get here. The original raw file was sharpened up a bit in LR5, then I used the new MacPhun...

    Wedding!?

So... I've been in this photography "hobby" for about 9 months, had a couple of classes, and one of the guys who I look up to as the "best" photographer I've ever come across messaged me today and asked to "hire" me as a "second perspective" shooter during the wedding ceremony for one of his...

    Rookie - first random outing

Be gentle. I *am* a rookie after all. The doll I found in the yard of a long abandoned house, and has some minor editing. The buildings/line shot was a lucky grab roaming downtown. Both shot with my new D3100 and the kit lens. Any critique, tips welcome!

Hi all. New D3100 owner here (basic 18-55 lens for now) and a complete noob to photography, as all I've ever used was point and shoot before now... Hope to find some good info and fun here!
