    I havent done much macro shooting for a while, so I popped the 55 macro lens on and went for a walk. We had a cold change come through this morning, down to 7C when I got out of bed, that might explain the lack of insects out and about, I did get a few shots though. A bit rusty on the technique...

    I have given these two to the local RSL to raffle off to raise funds for them. A poppy pen and another made from the timber of a Gallipoli Pine that died in the local Anzac Park. This tree had huge significance to the returned soldiers, as it was a descendant of the "Lone Pine" in Gallipoli...
