What is this on the photo around the moon?

How do you set this in either one of the software? With the c and circle around it? And can you change the size and brightness of it? Can it be moved around or will it always be in same place? Would like to have it to where its not interfering with photo? Thanks Ya'll the best.

I've never used a tripod before so I was thinking, for the D7100 with tele lens. Cause of the weight of the tele or a prime long lens. How will i know if the tripod is steady enough to hold the weight? ​Thanks

have a pny 32 gb card,have 276 pict on it uploaded them to view2x. then reformatted the card the camera manual said the pictures would be deleted. but they are still there is it a camera problem? ​thanks
