It's a good shot. It's a little crowded, top and bottom though, so here's what I suggest as far as cropping goes. It moves the subject off-center, brings her eye onto a one-third line, eliminates the needless weight and distracting elements to the sides of the subject and focuses the eye more...

I need something a little wider than 35mm for my D750 so I picked up a Nikon 24mm f/2.8D for what seems like peanuts... I'm a little concerned about how sharp it'll shoot because reports seem to vary regarding the details. Guess we'll see. .... .... .....
