    Is this a good deal?

Agree with others that price seems on the steep side. However in my opinion the D500 is a fantastic camera and I can't see me ever selling mine, but you never know I suppose .

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

Fred, it was all my lenses and the fact the the issue of un sharp images was even there when I manually focused on a tripod, made me think it was pointless to calibrate them. The camera is now boxed and awaiting the courier to collect and hopefully refund me without any quibble 🤞. Although I...

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

I have heard that as well, however putting this body on a tripod made absolutely no difference to the results

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

@TwistedThrottle, Thanks for your detailed reply. It is worth noting that I did multiple tests on a sturdy tripod indoors and still got poor results. The focus appears to be spot on by using the ruler tests as well. So this leaves me perplexed as to why all four different lenses didn't achieve...

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

I often follow the local prices of cameras and lenses and in the last few months the prices of the D800 have dropped dramatically. I have a friend that has a D800e that keeps raving about it, so at £400 I thought I would snap one up. It is worth me reiterating that this D800 that I recently...

Thanks Fred. I did see that but was just looking for real life usage comments as nothing beats it in my opinion :)

Anyone owned both the D7200 and D7100?

I am well familiar with the D7100 and have read that the D7200 has a much better ISO performance. I think there might be a few people on here that have had both and was wondering if there is anything else other than the improved ISO that you would rate with the D7200? For anyone interested as...

    Post your waterfalls

Thanks, but I am wary of all the concerns around sharpness with the low pass filter on this model and even though I have only had it a few days, I am getting mixed sharpness results, especially in landscape shots.
