I've decided to go this route, pretty much. It avoids the usage of "cheese plate" type hardware in types that are difficult to find. I was thinking of a hinged mount system that allows the Ninja to flip down below the camera.

Just curious about this. Say you're a pro photographer and you shoot a wedding and the customers want framed prints. How do you print your photos? I tend to believe that a pro photographer would be using something better than an officejet printer with photo paper. But maybe I'm wrong...
