The first photo is an American Kestrel that was defending his territory by trying to run off a Redtail Hawk then the Redtail Hawk turned the tables. The rest are of Redtail Hawks.

These are Red Shouldered Hawks. The first one is a nest I found near my grandson's baseball park and it had at least 3 babies. We have a lot of these hawks around here.
