Corms always look so regal when they're drying out in the sun

My daughter runs membership and visitor relations at the Huntington Library. They had a lady threaten to sue after she was turned away from visiting the gardens carrying a vase and clippers. "I'm a member!!!"

I have tried shooting them with a legit macro, but they zip away in an instant when you get anywhere close enough. Even at the minimum focal of the tel, it's luck.

It's actually a fly, but it's eating a bee, so I guess that counts...
