Very nice shots, but it is a female Townsend's warbler.

I think you have two different plants intertwined. The red fruits look like Passiflora feotida, but the foliage and flowering part looks like Nectandra, a South American tree related to the avocado.

yellow legs fly at around mach 2 -- really lucky to catch up
