OK here is the question. Is there a Photoshop that I can get without breaking the bank and without renting it? It doesn't need to be the newest tech to make me happy. I'd like to avoid the cloud if at all possible, because I just don't understand it and want to stay simple as I can. :)

Thanks to two of my buddy's here @hark and @Eduard , I have a Rokinon 14mm f2.8, a Tamron 28-300mm f 3.5-6.3 macro, and lastly a Nikkor AF 20mm should arrive in the next day or two! :)
