D5100 lens question - landscape and wildlife

I don't own a Tokina 11-16 mm lens either, but if I were shooting just DX I would likely invest in one for those wide angle needs! But since I'm using mostly FX I have a series of lenses for the wide angle needs! I have the rokinon 14mm, the Nikkor 20mm, the Nikkor 24mm, the Nikkor 28mm and for...

    Double carry recommendations needed!

OK so when carrying the D800 and the D700 using the black rapid double harness for walk around shooting, what would you recommend in camera positions, and lens choice for each camera? I have a Rokinon 14 mm that is my widest lens but it's manual focus, and the I have 20,24,28,35,50,105 mm Nikkor...

What grip did you get for your D800?

@siamthai1 Watch out buddy to buy a good brand, because my L bracket Neewer brand isn't as ridged as I look for a bracket to be! I'll be buying a better brand of L bracket later when I can afford to spend the extra money on it! I'll likely buy a Kirk brand one, since I've seen one being sold at...

Do you own a grey market nikon dslr camera body?

I was on the other side of the fence before! But due to my experience buy this camera from my buddy @oldsalt, I'm now keeping an open mind! No I'm not saying all grey market cameras is the same as my dealing with a buddy! But I'm not closing my mind off to grey market, but looking at even that...

Do you own a grey market nikon dslr camera body?

Do you own a grey market nikon DSLR camera body, or one that would be considered gray market because you bought it from out of country? My Nikon D800e is Australian so even though it's in awesome shape thanks to how well @oldsalt took care of it after buying it new, it is still considered gray...

What grip did you get for your D800?

I'm dying to get a battery grip for my D800e! But the cost for thee OEM grip is outrageous! I'm saving for it, and hopefully it won't be too long before I get one! I got $200.00 saved up so far! :) So what grip did you get for your D8xx? What did it cost you? How are you liking it?

What mode do you mostly shoot in?

I've been shooting in manual mode since day one, since I started this journey in photography! I think it was my effort of trying to be a "real" photographer! But lately I'm thinking a lot of the photographers that I look up to don't see restricting themselves to manual mode all the time! So am I...

    Red line issue

Have any of you dealt with having a red line down your photo? Mine is only in raw, but none of my other cameras do this! So I believe it is only my D800e that does it! Here are a couple examples! You can see it on the right side.:(
