Leaf Hopper and Hover fly

It all depends on the team rules. I went to a Bills training session last year and took my zoom lenses. I was able to get some great shots. But, to take this lens into a game. Probably not.

I just got the rogue flash bender. I used it at my nieces wedding for fill flash. Since it was brightly overcast and I needed to hit some of the shaded areas.

Tackled the heat again. For a flower shot.

Challenged the heat today. It won!!! I didn't stay out long. Here's a few shots.

I have had a busy couple weeks. My grand daughter was born last Monday, my daughter and grand son came home after a month in Texas and I did a pre wedding shoot for my niece.

I got my new coupling ring today. I tried different combos to see what was better. I'm finding a 50mm on 50mm does better then the 85mm macro w/50mm reversed. I went out and tried it free hand to get the feel. There was vignette on the 2 50mm. But was able to crop it out.

I got a few different ones today. I will go out later to see what shows up. Here are the few good ones I got.

I went to a graduation party today. A storm was brewing and when it hit us it was bad. A lot of wind, hail and rain. When we drove home 20 miles everything was flooded.

I cant seem to find a big variety of insects. so, I will improve on the ones I already shot.

Here is my close up shot of an ugly bug.

I was able to get two shots off of this leaf jumper. I got a sharp focus on his eye and a sharp focus on his body in the other shot. I layered the two and was able to get his eye and body focused.

Went back out after the rain and got some random stuff, from Aphids to spiders and raindrops. I'm still reversing my 50 onto my macro.

A few today of the same bug. A little too warm to be out. Even the bugs.

I used this lens for a rodeo. During bright days it is very sharp.
