You can resize as @wornish says but you don't have to be in Edit - the same thing can be done from Library. There is no real equivalent to LR's Unsharp filter but the "Details" sliders in the "Develop" section do a pretty mean job. I would be careful about sharpening for screen or printing in...

I agree. This one had no crop and minor processing. Her hair is so red it looks unreal - maybe the top makes it look even brighter.
