@Philnz - I'm sorry you're still having issues with this. I honestly have no idea why this is happening to only you, especially since you've tried on multiple computers and have cleared caches. Have you tried clicking the A/A button in the top left?

oh and if that doesn't work try settings the "Monitor off delay" to no limit - Timers/AE lock > Monitor off delay > Live view > No limit

It's hooked up through the HDMI port, right? Try turning the "Live view on-screen display" off under the HDMI > Advanced settings.
