I think the 2nd one is a little busy. I would crop out the extraneous parts, while still using the planters as a frame, and lighten the motorcycle a tad. Here's my take (1 cent's worth) (PS: I don't usually manipulate my photos beyond just the basics so excuse my poor attempt at lightening...
