after about a two year hunt for these i was finally rewarded today. I think they said it was a Southern Pacific rattler. Guessing about 3ft long, made my day. :cool: got to about 6 ft from him, he didn't seem to annoyed with me.

after we left the forest i stopped into Santa Rosa wildlife area, havent been there in a while and as it was on the way back home, why not. the grey squirrels are not as nice as red ones.

27th Mar 2016 I took Ryan up to Tenaja Falls in Cleveland national forest, its about 25 miles from where i live. A camel ride up there, parked and started to climb up the mountain, Ryan fell 3 times and cut his knee, so had to turn back, will do this again on my own.
