4th Dec 2016 San Jacinto again, filling another 2 ponds, so only 2 left to fill.

they are nice @Kevin H about as common as the grey ghost, if i do see them its dim light and they are far away, this was was in a field in between housing, along the run off ponds i walk, i will be back checking it again. thank you @Danno

Week 49, White Tailed Kite.

take a snap each time i got a little closer.

i was watching the horse rider when this flew up. i watched it for a few minutes and it landed on some bushes in the middle of the field, so off i went.

the black phoebe in the next pics is flying around in these pics.

first large bird i have seen in a while.

i could see movement on the other side of the fields.
