we saw 7 in total, there were 2 groups of 3 swimming around in circles, trying to stir up something.

the Owl had moved back into the shade when we came back out of SJWA, so we got out of the car and walked over closer.

and we found a Juvi Barn Owl, tried to find the Great Horned Owl but didnt see it this time
