Yes, Golden Crowned Kinglet. He was beautiful. He almost looked like someone playing with a laser pointer his little crown was so bright. I was able to get a lot of good photos of him.

Nothing, he is just like me when someone takes my picture at least one of my eyes are closed or he is just winking at me. I had several pictures of him and it was open in all the others. I just liked it because it looked like he was winking.

Maybe he is trying to attract the ladies. It is getting to be that time of year.
