Every thing was f8 today,this is a 100% crop hand-held 600mm,now i have seen better but for the price and convenience of a zoom ime happy Think i may have a bit of front focus to sort out -

Not many Pat as i rate myself as very poor with hand held shots due to various joint issues,this was hand held @ 600mm and knowing what i know about me ime pleased with it,would just like to stop the lens down a couple of stops,we have sun forecast for Sunday at the moment. -

Well first outing,crap light and shortage of subjects,my thoughts are though we will get along nicely,once it learns what to do :D Every thing today was wide open, with it being poor light focus speed was hard to judge but there is a possibility its not quiet as fast as my sigma was in poor... -

Well i wasnt going to take any tonight as its poor light and no handy subjects,then i thought why not i know this is not perfect, but considering my hand holding ability and the settings i find it encouraging -

Anybody using a gimble head on their tripod?

First sorry i haven't been around much lately but one or two problems have diminished my desire to take pictures so having a break.
