Dont know why i kept this one,may as well post it before i dump it.

Only tried it once,150 odd shots with no problem,it could be to do with how solid the tripod is though and i have one of those gimbal heads that are about £60,its my intention to change the timing on AF-C next time i handhold so its not seamless. Tripod shot with VR on.

Been playing with a different set up today,used the tripod and gimbal head,it takes longer to locate the bird in flight and you end up with the wrong background but keep practicing.

Get out the water,the monsters are coming.
