    Another from today with the 600mm lens @ 15ft,ime happy with the crop i took out of it, some may not be,you must decide your own criteria.

    Didnt get to do what i wanted so i did what i could :D the subject is a collared Dove,smaller than a pigeon @ 27ft If the shot had been sharp which it isnt due to strong wind blowing me about, i could have got what i wanted from the 600mm.

    Pete first apologies as you have no for editing but i couldn't get my head round it any other way (if i have that is :D)according to my calculations there is approximately a 1.67% difference in angle of view between a 300mm and a 500mm lens,if i apply that as a factor on your original edit and...
