I'm in the Snowy Egret camp based on the yellow coloration at the base of the bill. Although it isn't a juvenile, a few years ago I snapped this image of an adult Little Blue Heron next to a Snowy Egret.

It will work with the D750. Since it's a DX (crop) lens on a full frame body, you would probably want to set the D750 to shoot in Crop Mode.
