Seeing lots of hawks lately. This morning, this one obviously saw me, as well. :)

This morning I told this Red-tailed Hawk that it was much too beautiful to be perched on that ugly streetlight. The bird took my advice and flew to another perching spot right away... sigh...

The D5600 does not have a focusing motor, so only lenses that have their own focusing motor will work with it for AF. As far as other differences between macro models, I'd guess they are both high quality lenses with good sharpness. I have no direct personal experience with them, though.

A couple of juvenile Bald Eagles were at a local pond this morning. Nice treat.

I try to keep it clean, but I did need to use the spot removal tool a bit. :)

I would blow air on it with a rocket blower or similar device first. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Cooper's hawk this morning
