Can anyone ID this thing? I thought it was a piece of a branch until it moved. It has legs and it looks like suction cups. It was larger and thicker that my ring finger. * * *

Looking in my Sibley's book, it looks like a 1st winter Ring billed Gull, but I'm not sure. You'll need Kevin H or @Stoshowicz or someone else to confirm.
