What is the best technique when using the Lee big stopper filter, camera D7100 lens Sigma 10 / 20 f4.5

Im trying to do a photo collage of the family dog its looks fine when viewed on the screen but when you go to image, image size and look at it 100% there are straight lines visible between each photo, so any one give me some guidance on how to get rid of this in Photoshop please .

Moving from the d7100 and hopefully getting the d500 so does it have the horizon thingy in live view, and also will it be as good as the d7100 for landcsapes?

When shooting long exposures in bulb mode what do you guys use to cover the viewfinder? its a pain having to remove the eyecup and fitting the eye cover which is fitted to the standard strap, but i always use a blackrapid strap and have to fiddle around looking for the cover.
