Continued... Day 224 The Goblins are very interesting as they really color shift as the light changes. At times they are brown, a pastel pink brown, and sometimes very reddish. More Goblins Do you think I can make it? She did, but if she hadn't I would have caught that too.

Your first image looks like an ISO that's way to high and not the EXIF you posted. For comparison, I went out and shot the moon and cropped a slice of the moon from the raw and the jpeg and here is what I got for the same image. So assuming that it is the same file then I would first to a camera...

Continued... Day 223, 2013 - Blood Moon We had a nearby wildfire tonight and it made for a spectacular "Blood" moon.

Shot 15 miles south of Wendover, NV with no other visible light in the southern sky. The amazing thing is the the amount of light given off by the Milky Way at night when you're away from everything.

Day 222, 2013 - Diesel Muscle on the Salt Flats Truck surpassed the old record by 20 mph.

And the best capture of the day... 150+ mph spin out. Shifting gears on the salt can cause your whole world to go round and round.

A "slow" streamliner. Diesel muscle successfully chasing and catching a previous 202 mph record.

I can't resist shooting another Dodge Challenger. It's suggested you bring a bicycle to scooter to ride because the distances are so great out there on the salt and hot. This man really put it all together. Transportation and a cool beverage anytime anywhere.

Lots of motorcyclist and motorcycle racers come out for the event. Lots and lots of hot rods! Did I say there were a lot of them?
