@Dangerspouse I think my all-time favorite raptor images are the eagle shots from this past January. I don't think they were posted in this thread. Sadly the township cut down the trees where the eagles rested while eating. And the township is supposed to fill in the lake where the eagles...

These are also cross-posted elsewhere. This tall ship was here for a weekend - when I went, there wasn't any parking available. So I returned on Monday without the hassle of crowds. Although they didn't allow tours on Monday, it was a great day for photos without having a lot of people around.

@Sempusa if it is this one, it shouldn't be squealing. I have one that is very quiet, but because it was heavy and I have tendonitis in my right hand, I opted to upgrade to a preowned PF. If anything, this lens is probably the sharpest lens I own even edging out my PF by a hair.
