    60% off - Lexar 320GB Professional CFexpress Type A Card GOLD Series (2-Pack) - US$249.99

Wow, that's an enormous sized card! Definitely a great price – thanks for the info, Eduard! I'm still using the Lexar Dual Slot Card Reader you shared several years ago for my SD cards.

    Here I am again

In Topaz are you basing your sharpening and noise reduction solely on the humming bird? The background noise can easily be adjusted in Lightroom or Camera RAW by using an adjustment brush and painting over the background.

    SHUTTER COUNT

I don't think any EXIF will include shutter count. The image file number also doesn't represent the actual shutter count. Going into Live View counts as a shutter actuation even if you don't take any photos. I'm pretty sure the shutter count is stored in a camera's software, not in a photo's EXIF.

Need some help troubleshooting my Nikkor 70-200mm 2.8 ED VR

Glad you were able to resolve your issue. I was having AF problems with my Nikon 300mm f/4 PF and sent it out to Nikon repair. They couldn't find anything wrong and returned the lens. Eventually I used 99% Isopropyl Alcohol which is for technical use (higher concentration of alcohol than...

    Hark's 2025

Two from this afternoon along the Delaware Canal (it's in Pennsylvania but runs parallel to the Delaware River). I couldn't quite get the white balance to match.

    SHUTTER COUNT

Ron, are you uploading a full size image? If it's cropped or had its resolution lowered, it doesn't always work on that website. Those were the only times I couldn't get a shutter count.

    Hark's 2025

That's a great idea. Thanks for letting me know. I haven't been out much in the evening to work with golden hour images. It looks like one of my edits used the Daylight white balance but tweaked the Magenta slider a little. However, it was still a little dull so I did a second re-edit. That time...

    Hark's 2025

I used a warmer white balance for this image than what it was straight out of camera. There already was some orange in the sky but chose to accentuate it a little more.

Is there any way you can use a cell phone to take a photo of the D200 screen? I'm not sure what you mean.

Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan 1TB (1-Year Subscription): US$94.99

Ugh. I renewed mine in April for the one year subscription (paid up front). Yours is definitely a better price.

    DOWN TIME 6/20/2025

@nikonpup, just wanted to add that jdeg made an additional change at my request in reference to the banned accounts. Not all of them were being displayed as being banned so none of you were aware of the volume of banned accounts. Now they are more visible than they used to be.

Apple Patents Camera with 20-Stops of Dynamic Range

With such a high amount of dynamic range, I wonder if Photoshop will be able to handle the images.

    Problem with AE-L/AF-L button

As far as I'm aware, it's a choice between one or the other. At least all of my DSLR's operate with it being AF-L only.

    Zf with Yashica 45mm f/1.7

I had a Yashica 35mm film rangefinder camera which was superb compared to the Kodak 126 film cameras. After I purchased a Minolta 35mm manual focus SLR, I gave the Yashica to my brother. Yashica has excellent glass!
