I was going to try ms edge next but sounds like it won’t help.
Even more annoying is that some people seem to be able to retain a larger viewing image than us that lose the exif when uploading :(

Hi Peter, What processing program or resizing software do you use? I use mostly gimp to resize images before upload. I found I have to set (check) to show Exif in the preference of gimp. You may want to check and see if that's the problem.

Hi blackstar, I use Fastzone Photo Resizer, which is a program I like but there is no option in this program to selct 'show EXIF'. I might try GIMP sometime to see if it makes any difference.
