That's what I call product branding (pardon the pun)! I've never heard of the chain, but first thought of the NFL Dolphin's Don Shula and sure enough, he's the founding father. Yep, that looks great, cold beer and all.

Thanks SP! It was yummy!

After lunch we headed northwest to Faith Farm to look for some recycled frames for a couple of my photos. Chris (is not a weatherman and doesn't play one on TV) said those clouds in the sky were not water bearing.

Wrong - ten miles from home it started to drizzle. We made it to Faith Farm and I did find a couple of frames. We could see the nasty rain to the north and to the east. Blue skies to the south so we headed out and made it about a half mile before the skies opened up. Luckily, there was a gas station on the corner. Waited about a half hour and headed for those blue skies to the south.

This time was made it two miles before it started to pour again. We made it to Bedner's veggie stand.

It let up about a half hour later and we headed south for those blue skies. Well, we didn't make it and there were no more sheltered areas for about five miles. We were soaked by the time we made it home!!

Not a fun ride at all!!

We both can laugh about the ride now. I forgot to mention, he nailed his leg on the wooden frames I bought when he mounted his bike and he was cussing up a storm all the way home. Maybe now he'll get working on my panniers he has planned in his head.

Any one ever use Shutterfly? Last month Proctor & Gamble sent me an invite for a free reusable shopping bag.

Then Shutterfly sent me a code for a free mouse pad. Chris requested this one.

Then they sent me a code for a free 20 page photo book.

Then since I am such a good customer they sent me a code for one of three free gifts - a magnet, address labels or thank you cards. I choose the thank you cards. Don't know why it won't turn.

I've been really happy with everything I've received so far. The book came out great and the note cards are printed on thick stock. I highly recommend them.

Oh, yesterday they sent me a code for a free mug.

Nice pictures and story about your rainy day. It's been overcast and raining for 5 straight days here in NC. Enjoy your sunshine!

Thanks Chris. Don't seem to be having lots of sunshine these days. It's been pretty overcast. We thought about going to the Boynton Inlet to check out the high tides from the impending lunar eclipse, but the sun went bye-bye again.

Not sure what this is, but it was tiny. Had trouble focusing and holding the camera with one hand. Also getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. The first is also posted in the Almost thread. Only posted here for size.
