I was at an old ruins in Japan today, and as I was eying up this area when this boy appeared out of nowhere, and then quickly turned around because he saw me. It shot underexposed because I didn't have time to adjust. When I opened it for editing, I immediately thought of this as something out of a story book. I chose B&W because I think it brings out shadows better, and in this case it compensates for the underexposure.

I agree with the others, I like the shot! I was more into dirt bikes than cameras when I was stationed on Okinawa 72-75.
