There was also a a "just born" calf closeby which I took pics of but it looked very weak and unwell, so I am not posting pics of it and have left a message with the property owner so she knows :(

I'm really lacking enthusiasm at the moment Lawrence so I really appreciate your comment :D Going thru another of those phases where I don't know where to go and what to try photographically. I'd like to try some night shots but of course the weather is crap at the moment :(

With the variation in your subject matter and the quality ime not surprised you feel a bit dried up inspiration wise occasionally, keep up the great work though

Thanks Tom. I quite like the distortion of wide angle. I didn't have my 12-24 lens with me only my 18-270....so I did a 3 shot pano to get all the bucket in :D

Thanks Mike. I really DO try not to trot out all the same subjects day after day, but sometimes you are limited with what is around you and if you lack the artistic sight then it just makes it all the harder. I knew a 365 would not be easy and I am determined to do it, and determined not to fall into the trap of any shot purely to make a shot for the day. Not easy!! :D I'm just glad I like taking photos, but I think come 31st December I just might take a week off :D

Determination is the key to success, I have to say that I am feeling the same way, it is getting harder and more difficult to be creative. However, I am also determined to finish the 365, we can hang in there together.

One of these days you'll have to put together a tutorial on how to do panos (please)! I would love to get certain shots but don't have a proper wide angle lens (yet).

Vixen, for someone who lacks motivation, you certainly keep a high level! I myself am also struggling to keep up the spirit, but the difference on a good photographer like you, and a novice like me, is how awesome pictures you're still able to produce. Good work! :)

Thanks Jonas, not 100% sure I deserve such high praise tho. Still a lot of learning to be done ;)

Sure. There's always more to learn :) Still I really think that you keep a touch of inspiration to all (or at least the vast majority) of your photos :)

Tom, panos are really easy if you have Photoshop. It has probably the BEST image merging. To start tho you need to take a number of shots and overlap the image content by about 30% so that the software has enough content to recognise elements to match during merging. If you can hold your camera level (or use a tripod) then you will lose less of the scene when you merge and crop off the rough edges of the resultant image. You are best doing shots in portrait for a horizontal pano to give you a deeper image (ie image height). You can also do vertical panos and I do them reasonably often on trees, towers etc and you do these in landscape orientation.
