Not as spectacular as my HDR practice, I like this one because of the human interest. This is what people do with sunsets, they watch them.

im hoping to get a pic in here. by the time i get home from work im beat. went out today but a storm was coming in so it didnt look good. the rest of yours look great so far.

OK, here’s the deal.
Since I haven’t been able to get out for any sunset photos that would be anywhere near as remarkable as those all of you have already uploaded.
However, I figure that Sunset and Sundown are the synonymous. I have uploaded a photo of a Sunflower that has wilted and started sagging down because of all the heat. My contention is that a Sunflower that is Down would be the same as a Sun down, which qualifies it as a Sunset.
(No, I don’t expect this to win)

Mike, I think your shot and explanation are very clever! Kudos to you!

Heather, your photo is stunning, and I'm glad to see you back!

Everybody else, super job on all your shots!

As for me, I've had NOTHING that could qualify as a sunset. Instead of pretty colors, everything got gray. I'm not unhappy about that because gray skies hold the promise of RAIN.
So, I hate to admit that I have zilch for this challenge! (Didn't want anybody to wait for me :)
