I have been spending a lot of time on this lately. It has been my way of getting away from everything lately.
Next step is to start taking the camera along.

Is it sad my bike is almost as old as me?

Alright. Was away for a bit. Just been feeling the Blahs lately.

Anyways....I got the chance to take a drive up to New Hampshire to help her finish the move! And as luck would have it I took the trusty D90!!
So here is what I got. Now bear in mind it was a very cold cold day at the beach in these photos. I was in full on gloves and jacket.

Thanks Tami Jo. His passing while we knew it was coming, was very sudden and unexpected at the time.

The 3D tracking was fun to use. It is still a little slow, and while it won't catch everything, it did improve in focus captures quite a bit.

Meeka is a hilarious addition to the family. She is quite the clown. I need to get some more up to date photos. She has grown quite a bit.

Fall is a great time to visit the beach. Great shots

It was a blast....but for the 20+ mph wind and the 30 degree temps. The beach was actually a hard place to photograph. Where we were at its not a straight shot out to the water. The beach slopes pretty steeply down towards the water...and then flattens out. So the steep drop actually hid most of the sun.

Lovely shots. I used to breed Bull Terriers. If she is the first one you have had you will be happy with the breed. Very loving and loyal but I will be surprised if she continues to chase a ball.

I absolutely love her. They are a wonderful but misunderstood breed. Also in my area it is not a well known breed either.

Meeka is quite the clown. And while she will chase a ball around a good bit. She would rather be tumbling around with us instead.

I can't wait for her to see her first snow!

We were at the beach mid October and had a blast. Water was still warm enough to get in and play and the beach was not to hot to walk on.

I think you cheated! You were down South.

Sad thing is today....(the day after we left to drive the trailer home)...it was to be a high of 60 up there. I was a little bummed, but even though I was cold and all the beach shops were boarded up, I still managed to have fun.

We were in Pensacola Beach, FL which in North Florida. That is only a three hour drive from where we live so easy to go every once in a while. We try to never go in the summer though because it really is to hot to walk on the sand because it is so white. You have to wear shoes till you get to the water. That and the crowds are so bad. In the fall everything is still open but the crowds have calmed down some.

Ah. The beach I went to is roughly 900 miles away....or 14hrs. And its NE of me. And there was 8 people at the entire beach. Inculding my brother and I. Oh....and 2 horses with riders but I couldn't get any good shots of them.

And walking without shoes on? Way too cold. Get in the water.....not if you tried to pay me.
