Unknown flower
I planted it, but I don't remember what it is. It kind of looks like a poppy... but I'm not sure.

Pete, its funny you should say that. Our family dog we had while I was growing up, Sandy, AKA the best dog ever,looked like that dog too.
Here are two pics of Sandy, we all still miss her. She died in 1999

Aw, I love the doggie shots, Jen. They look like sweet pups!

Your flower and bumblebee shots are excellent! So glad somebody is having a great spring!

I like the river shot Jen, but just wonder if the camera was leveled. It looks to me like the river would like to flow all the way to the left. I wonder if you would have enough to recrop just to level the water.

Love the river shot, Jen, but I agree with Marcel that it seems to tilt a little. . . . but then again maybe it's my laptop!

Chicken man is a riot! What a fun shot and subject!

Thanks, the river shot probably does have some tilt to it, I was in a very awkward position sitting on the bank of the river to get it and I'm sure I could have adjusted my tripod to get it level, and yes it does have one, but I wasn't paying attention. I will straighten it or go back out and get another shot sometime.

I spent a good portion of this evening trying to get a portrait for the weekly challenge. It's hard to get a shot of myself that I am satisfied with. So I will use another picture of me since I spent so much time on it. :)
