I was amazed by the pics I captured of my old Max today. He has dark eyes and dark head so I rarely see those eyes in pics unless I do some editing with shadows which dulls his colour. Apparently I just needed the right lighting and a Nikon :) Max is 12-13yrs old so ancient for a giant breed but he had a great walk today
Always watching over the kids and I

Wish I had photoshop to get rid of that huge ugly concrete thing

decided the kids and I were staying put so he could relax

Sad because I told him to stay so I could move far enough away from him to take his picture

My little boxer after chasing a rabbit into the canyon this morning and standing at attention hoping another rabbit would pop out. There's nothing she loves more than chasing rabbits. I'm sure she'd crap herself if the rabbit turned and ran towards her but she's all about chasing anything that runs away from her.

I tried that at Easter once. Didn't work too well. I put 'em in with the eggs and they didn't like the hot water. I couldn't take the shrill clucking. :hypnotysed:

Yeah they are a tab bit difficult to take care of. I hope mine survive the weather here. And i love the noises they make :)

Just waiting for your OK to run?

No, actually it's me whistling to get her to turn around so I could get a shot of her face. She had just finished hopping like a gazelle to that spot and was surveying the territory looking for something to move and since I have enough photos of her butt I gave a little whistle and then took the shot.
