Cannot Update FTZ Firmware

Checked, and firmware now on the FTZ is 1.0 Update is to 1.1

I downloaded, ran the .EXE to pull the update file. I copied to root of the CF card.
When I go to the camera and select firmware, only Done and Delete Firmware Update files are available. Auto Update greyed out.

I double checked, and I did download update to 1.1

I coped to root of the SD card, same problem.

I selected Delete Firmware Update files, and it deleted it from the memory card.

So, it's being seen by the camera.

I tried with a lens on the FTZ and without one.

Any ideas?

Firmware is for the original FTZ with the squared-off bottom. Won't update the FTZ-II. Just a thought.
