Thanks, The Geko and the snake are gone. They are / were my stepson's who moved out this weekend (again, got to love 18 year olds).

He left us to baby sit his Savanna Monitor for now, and we still have our Chinese Water Dragon. So I still have a couple of Reptiles to play with this winter when it get to raw outside to play around with the camera.

Down stream

Marcel, not to make excuses, it's the HDR Fusion. Fought with it so long trying to take red out I got used to looking at it. Looking back on it now I see what you mean.

The down stream shot is a little blown out for me in the sky so I didn't post that one until now, and fought with that one too. Could not get the colors to come out with out making the water bluer, and then didn't look right.

Late afternoon sun killed me should have gone out earlier.

I'm never satisfied with the results straight out of Photomatix. After it's out, I sometimes have to remove some saturation in selective colors. That bluish cast is often present so I go in with the color selective saturation and take some of it out, sometimes on a background copy layer so I can afterwards mask part of the image where I don't want the correction to apply.
