Dunno for you , but for me, lightroom allows me to opt to not disclose exif,,,,( I think its in the dialog box shown when you export the photo ,, scroll down a hair ) I do show it , and its visible on flickr too , however , my pix are coming from this computer , downsized in Paint , but one can still see the exifs, in this venue as well. Hope that helps.

A lot of the time Flickr links strip the Exif, will test it for you with one of mine, it will need to be in another post as i cant quote and load images in the same post.
