Bird identification game

That upper one I ended up putting in with the pine warblers , but It doesnt seem right for some reason. The light spots on the head arent due to lighting and shadow. I have other pix and can show finer detail or other pix of it on monday if this view isnt appropriate but understand it was bouncing around in the tree.
Maybe bay breasted?

I got a few interesting image results when I looked up "bay-BREASTED. :rolleyes:

I was going to say Pine Siskin since Stosh said the species was mentioned before, but that is strictly a guess. Yellow sparrow looking birds all look the same to me.

Make sure to put WARBLER in or yes you may see some boobs :playful:
