Should I bite the bullet?

Having switched back to Nikon this year after a few years relationship with Fuji and my disappointment with the Fuji AF-C yet love of their tactile dial setup led me to look for a used DF - I found a very low shutter count black DF (13k) in mint minus condition that gave me the superb D4s sensor in a small (by full frame standards) very tactile body that I am delighted with!

I am very happy with the DF and unlike some do not have an issue with the so called "limited" AF system, I love the tactile dials on the camera and that sensor.......Wow - amazing!

I do use the DF for street and documentary work and the D500 for all my sport / wildlife work.

I do enjoy the FX sensor for street / documentary work where I may be shooting at lower light levels and FX allows better results for me in a sensible sized easy to carry body.

Good luck with the decision.

At $1500 w/grip, I almost bought another one! Great body. I've had mine since it came out. Bought it because I wasn't happy with the low light focusing on my D600. Problem solved and then some. Good luck.

The better full frame Nikons have already arrived! So why wait? If you're not going to buy the D810 or D850 or D5, then that D750 is a sweet deal! Upgrading turns into an addiction, however, so be ready...
That's why I slept on it. Probably going to pull the trigger. I have some FX lenses and I think I'll hang on to my 7000 for a backup.

I sold my D7000 when I bought Nikon's 200-500 and bought a 7200 (a month before the D500 was announced - OOPS!) . I like DX for reach and macro.

You all make good sales people. Thanks for the advice. I noticed a lot of you have DX and FX cameras so I might as well join the party. It is Christmas after all ;)
Any suggestions on YouTube style setup videos? There are so many, it would be nice to separate the wheat from the chaff. It helped a lot with my 7000.

I feel ya. I saved that one earlier today, I haven't watch it yet. I did bite the bullet though and the 750 is on it's way!

Congrats on the 750. I looked at that add three times in the past couple days, but could not pull the trigger. Just bought the Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2 and had no cash to spare, besides it works well on my D700... and maybe later works for now. :) I do love the Tamron lens.
